LeeVista Center is Orlando’s premier mixed-use business park. Sites are available from one to 200 acres. Uses include hotels, restaurants, retail, office, industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, assembly, as well as multi-family rental apartments and townhomes.
Currently, there is approximately 650,000 square feet of Class A office space. 1,450,000 square feet of office, distribution and industrial space has been built. Florida Association of Realtors has chosen to locate their headquarters in LeeVista Center. Hand ‘n’ Hand Academy is available for day care and is also a private school. An Orlando Fire Station is on site and a police station will soon be added.
GrandeVille at JubiLee Park, The Fountains, The Arbors, The Park, LeeVista Club and Belle Isle Club total approximately 2,700 apartments. Our newest multi-family development, Bella Nova at JubiLee Park, will include 312 units available in mid-2019. Our partner in this three-phase project is LeCesse Development Corporation. Phase three will add over 400 additional units.
Over 2,100 hotel rooms are located within LeeVista Center. They include the Airport Marriott, Holiday Inn, Embassy Suites, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Ramada Suites, Staybridge Suites, Wingate Inn and Sheraton Suites. LeeVista Center partners with JHM Hotels in the following hotels: Hilton Garden Inn, Residence Inn, and SpringHill Suites. Construction will soon begin on our newest hotel: Tru by Hilton.
LeeVista Center has partnered with McDonald Development Company for a project that, upon completion, will total almost 875,000 square feet of office and industrial space. Currently, four of the seven planned buildings have been completed. Tenants include Siemens, Bridgestone Tires, DHL and LiveTV. Additionally, LeeVista has additional industrial/flex space available with McNulty Group Inc.
Restaurants include Mission BBQ, Denny’s, Chili’s, Hooters, Tony Roma’s, Cracker Barrel, Wendy’s, Five Guys Burger’s, Chipotle, Starbuck’s, Miller’s Orlando Ale House, Sonny’s Real Pit BBQ, Texas Roadhouse, Panera and Chick-fil-A. Several small retail centers, Walgreens, CarMax, AutoNation, Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, and a Wawa convenience store are also available for your convenience.
